What are your delivery times?

Economy Ground orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays, within the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Expedited and Express orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, within the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Standard Ground orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays, within the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Saturday deliveries will vary based on customer address.

Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address may only be shipped via USPS Standard and cannot be expedited. Please allow 5-7 business days for the product to arrive at the U.S. military post office box. We cannot guarantee delivery times after the order is delivered to the military post office box.

We currently do not offer shipping to DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) mail addresses.

All expedited orders require a correct street address in order for delivery to be made on time. Expedited orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

What delivery options are there?

Orders selected for Economy Ground or Standard Ground service will normally leave our Distribution Center 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Times may increase during promotions and holidays. After the order leaves our Distribution Center, delivery (transit) times vary based on the shipping method selected during Checkout and your shipping address.

ECONOMY GROUND

Steps for processing an Economy Ground shipment:

Your order is processed and shipped from the goodMRKT Retail Store in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

In most cases, UPS will deliver your order to your local U.S. Post Office, or possibly UPS will make final delivery if you already scheduled to receive another UPS package.

The U.S. Postal Service will deliver your order to your shipping address if UPS tendered to your package to USPS.

STANDARD GROUND

Your order is processed and shipped from the goodMRKT Retail Store in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

UPS will deliver your order to your shipping address.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

EXPEDITED

Price - $20.00

Notes about Expedited shipping:

You may also upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery with Expedited service within the contiguous 48 states via UPS.

Expedited orders will process and ship out of our goodMRKT Retail Store the next business day.

Expedited orders cannot be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

Expedited orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

How do I track my order?

There are several ways to track the status of your order.

Please refer to the Shipping Policy for specific estimated shipping times. Orders placed to APO or FPO military addresses will be delivered United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard.

1. Email - The email address you provided during Checkout allows us to provide information about the status of your order.

You will now receive multiple email notifications when your package ships:

Your order has shipped! - This email will be sent when the package has left our warehouse.

2. Account Order History - Sign into your account to view order history, tracking, and return information at goodmrkt.com 24 hours a day.

4. Contact Us - If you still have questions about your order, please email us at any time at info@agoodmrkt.com.

Please note that it may take 24 hrs for the tracking information to update, once you receive your shipping confirmation.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Which items are available online?

agoodmrkt.com only has in-stock items available for purchase online. If an item is out of stock, it will be temporarily unavailable for purchase online.

What order email notifications do you have?

To ensure that our emails are delivered promptly to your inbox, please add goodmrkt@t.goodmrktmail.com to your contacts or safe senders list. Based on your order type and status you may receive one or multiple of the order emails below.

Order Confirmation - This email confirms that we have received your order and provides you an order number, shipping and billing information, and an order summary. Multiple items may ship from more than one location and individual charges may appear on your credit card. Please keep this email for your records.

Order Shipping Confirmation - A confirmation that your order or a portion of your order has shipped. If your order includes multiple items you may receive multiple email confirmations and individual transactions on your credit card. When we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional fee.

Order Return Confirmation - If you make a return this email confirms that agoodmrkt.com received your product and will be crediting your original form of payment.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you place an order, it processes immediately and cannot be canceled. However, you may return your new or unused product within 30 days of purchase with the original goodMRKT receipt or online packing slip. Learn more about returns.

 

Items may occasionally be cancelled by our system if there was an issue with the order or in low-stock situations. If an item is cancelled, you will receive an email notice of your refund. You will be refunded for any cancelled items.

You may return your new or unused product online or in store within 30 days of purchase with the original goodMRKT receipt or online packing slip. 

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

Actual refund amount is subject to tax and item condition

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for a credit to appear on your original form of payment.

In the event there is not an original proof of purchase, your new and unused item may be returned without a receipt for the lowest sold price for a merchandise exchange
